meeting you wherever you are-
Online therapy (also referred to as teletherapy, distance counseling or remote therapy) is a convenient, secure, and effective solution for your therapy needs.
We meet from the privacy of your own home, office, or anywhere you are with access to your phone, tablet, or computer and a good internet connection. Video sessions are conducted via Google Hangouts Meet, a secure HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform, or by telephone.
The Process: how do we meet for an online therapy session?
After we schedule your appointment time, I will email you an appointment confirmation that includes the forms you will need to fill out and sign electronically prior to your appointment. Once the forms are submitted, I’ll email you instructions and the link that you’ll use to join your session. At the scheduled appointment time, click on the link you received, follow the onscreen prompts, and voilá! We’re face-to-face!
